Demand Generation Strategist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Assistant to join our team at Natterbox. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing effective demand generation campaigns, driving qualified leads and revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, leveraging inbound and outbound marketing strategies, events, paid media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Support event marketing initiatives, driving lead generation and pipeline growth through promotional and executional activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of lead nurturing campaigns, focusing on email marketing and content creation to guide leads through the marketing funnel.
- Assist in the setup and monitoring of paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, and develop ad copy using Adobe and other relevant tools.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoffs and alignment of demand generation efforts with sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Up to 2 years of marketing experience, with exposure to demand generation, event marketing, digital marketing, or lead generation, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with marketing email platforms (Pardot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Ability to create basic graphics using tools like Adobe or Canva.
- Some experience supporting and optimizing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with sales, marketing, and alliances teams.

- An estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
