Lead Demand Generation Marketing Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketer to lead our demand generation efforts and drive pipeline and revenue growth. As the head of demand generation marketing, you will be responsible for designing and executing full-funnel marketing programs that create, capture, and convert demand with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute demand generation strategies to move upmarket and achieve pipeline and revenue goals.
  2. Lead the planning and delivery of seamless full-funnel, multi-touch campaigns across channels, including paid media, SEO, email, events, and social media.
  3. Analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize budget and channels.
  4. Partner with key stakeholders to develop cohesive and impactful campaigns that strengthen pipeline quality and improve the buyer journey.
  5. Coach, mentor, and lead a high-performing demand generation team to drive commercial alignment and growth.
Requirements
  1. Experience designing and executing full-funnel marketing programs, including product launches and releases, thematic campaigns, and targeted campaigns across multiple channels.
  2. Ability to take accountability and ownership for results and drive commercial acumen.
  3. Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges.
  4. Inspirational leadership skills to motivate and guide a team while being hands-on with detail and delivery.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with colleagues, customers, and senior stakeholders.
  6. Commercial acumen and passion for understanding the market and creating value for customers.
  7. Ability to use or get up to speed with key marketing solutions, including Hubspot and Google Analytics.
  8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
