Lead Generation Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Generation Strategist to join our Amazon Freight team. As Head of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy to source and execute effective prospects for new customer meetings.
About the Role- Develop a DG strategy to identify and engage with potential customers across Enterprise, SMB, and Small business segments.
- Lead a team of demand generation representatives, providing coaching and enablement to develop early career talent.
- Implement strategic initiatives to support pitching or securing new business, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.
- Oversight of performance updates and business reviews, managing pipeline updates and strategic project documents with leadership.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Proven experience in Demand Generation, Sales, or Business Development, with a track record of metrics and quota achievement.
- Ability to dive deep into data, find meaning, and deliver outcomes.
- Experience with CRM and team management.

Salary InformationThe estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
