Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive business support and administrative services to our legal department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the legal department, including booking rooms and meetings, taking minutes for conferences and professional meetings, and distributing papers and reports.
  • Manage email inboxes, follow up on actions, and act as a first point of contact for the service.
  • Record confidential information on relevant systems, manage data, and migrate data as needed.
  • Monitor reporting and electronic databasing, and support invoicing and procurement when necessary.
  • Perform ad hoc business support functions in relation to legal services.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience working in business support or administration in the legal sector.
  • Excellent minute-taking skills.
  • Strong IT skills, covering a variety of platforms and databases.
