About the Role:
Vox Network Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Support Officer to join our team. As a Business Support Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by providing administrative support, customer service, and housing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
- Offer exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the housing team by providing information, advice, and guidance on housing-related matters.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including residents, colleagues, and external partners.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives, providing input and ideas to improve our services.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Business and Administration (or equivalent by experience)
- Understanding of housing management, repairs, and maintenance, and tenancy law would be beneficial.
- Good understanding of effective approaches to customer care and complaints resolution.
- Experience of working in a diverse environment, including liaising with external and internal stakeholders, but most importantly, residents.
- Experience of managing, coordinating, and planning own workload.
Contract Details:
- Initial 3 to 6 month ongoing contract with the opportunity to extend.
- PAYE via Umbrella.
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
