Join our team as a Procurement Operations Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in enhancing our procurement processes. This is a full-time, office-based position, operating Monday to Friday with a competitive hourly rate.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Tender Management:** Assist in maintaining our client's in-house tendering system, ensuring all processes are streamlined and efficient.
2. **Contractor Review:** Support the upkeep and evaluation of the Approved List of Contractors, ensuring compliance and suitability.
3. **Documentation Preparation:** Prepare necessary documents and perform data entry related to the dispatch and acceptance of tenders and quotations through our electronic tendering platform.
4. **Communication:** Liaise with contractors and service providers regarding their availability and qualifications for various projects.
5. **Client Interaction:** Address inquiries from clients and contractors, resolving issues as they arise and directing queries appropriately within the scope of your authority.
6. **Assessment Support:** Assist in the evaluation process following open tender procedures, including gathering required documentation and performing scheduling or statistical tasks.
7. **Financial System Input:** Contribute to the Financial Information System, specifically focusing on the preparation of contract orders resulting from tender processes.
8. **Team Collaboration:** Occasionally collaborate directly with the Head of Procurement & Supplier Relationships and participate in team meetings to enhance procurement strategies.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in Procurement or Tender Reviews is essential.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
