Key Responsibilities:- Sell Global Housing Solutions services to new clients in the EMEA region
- Work with the Regional Director and local market team to strategically focus sales efforts on generating profitable business opportunities
- Generate revenue through new business opportunities using a consultative selling approach
- Stay up-to-date on business travel trends and industry segmentations to identify potential clients
- Maintain sales activity and sales cycle progress in CRM
- 6 months to 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
