Business Development Representative EMEA

Job Summary: National Corporate Housing is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to sell our Global Housing Solutions services to new clients in the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
* Work with the Regional Director, local market team, and sales leadership teams to strategically focus sales efforts on generating profitable business opportunities in the EMEA region.
* Generate revenue through new business opportunities using a consultative selling approach.
* Grow revenue through self-generated leads by presenting all product and service lines to different segments within each organization.
* Work with clients to understand their strategic initiatives and create maximum economic impact for their organization.
* Maintain all sales activity and sales cycle progress in CRM.
* Use analytical skills, industry trends, and client analysis to forecast revenue growth.
* Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships at multiple levels.
* Engage in industry networking events.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 6 months to 2 years of business-to-business outside sales experience.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts and responsibilities.
