Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the care team and ensure adherence to CQC guidelines
  2. Develop and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs
  3. Maintain accurate records and reports
  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve best outcomes
Requirements:
  • NVQ level 3 in health & social care
  • Previous supervisory experience within a care/nursing home setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
