Aged Care Resumes is dedicated to providing quality home care supports to people who are elderly or have a disability. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Community Service Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, support workers, and funding bodies to ensure exceptional customer service outcomes.
  2. Utilize GoldCare scheduling software to allocate support workers and provide assistance with tasks ranging from house cleaning to high needs personal care.
  3. Offer guidance and assistance to Support Workers in the field, and complete health and wellbeing reports and incident reporting.
  4. Document complaints and compliments and conduct initial investigations.
Competitive Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as ongoing training and support.

There are many opportunities for career development, with approximately 30% of our office staff having progressed into their current positions from other roles at Omni-Care.
