Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated professional to provide exceptional customer service outcomes for elderly and disabled individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, support workers, and funding bodies.
- Efficiently allocate support workers using GoldCare scheduling software.
- Provide guidance and support to field-based support workers and complete health and wellbeing reports and incident reports.
- Document complaints and compliments, conducting initial investigations as needed.
In exchange for your outstanding customer service skills, we offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus opportunities for career development and ongoing training and support. Our company has a strong track record of promoting from within, with approximately 30% of our office staff progressing into their current roles from other positions.
Requirements- A minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care coordination or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word.
