  • About the Job
  • Provide personal care, mobility assistance, and help with household tasks as a qualified Aged Care Support Worker.
  • Offer social support and promote engagement in community and wellness activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks.
  • Support social interactions and encourage participation in community and wellness programs.
  • Travel locally between client homes throughout the Redcliffe Peninsula (with paid kilometers).

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services, OR current nursing students with completed aged care placements.
  • Experience in aged care or community services.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekdays, early mornings, and afternoons.
  • Basic computer skills with attention to accurate documentation.
  • Current Australian Open Driver's License, reliable vehicle, National Police Check, first aid and CPR certificates, and up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination status as per government guidelines.
