Senior Clinical Care Coordinator

The Senior Clinical Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing the care team within our 30-bed dementia specialist facility, ensuring that all staff adhere to CQC guidelines and provide exceptional care to residents. This role requires excellent communication and written skills, as well as previous experience working in an elderly care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the care team and ensure adherence to CQC guidelines
- Provide exceptional care to residents
- SUPervise and instruct less experienced staff
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3 in health & social care is essential
- Dedicated passion for providing exceptional care
We offer a competitive salary of £30000 per annum, paid DBS, free on-site parking, and internal career progression opportunities. As part of our recruitment process, you will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check. A welcome bonus of £300 is paid once 3-month probation is passed.
