Job Overview

We are seeking two experienced administrators to join our dynamic team at the SET CAMHS clinic in Harlow. As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality administrative support to our clinicians and patients.

Main Duties
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, carers, and staff members
  • Manage patient information using Systmone database or similar systems
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including preparation of patient letters, sorting mail, and managing emails
  • Liaise with clinical staff, senior managers, and other stakeholders
  • Utilize Microsoft applications, such as email, Excel, and Word, to enhance productivity
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role within the NHS, education, or social care
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications, particularly email, Excel, and Word
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
