Autism Care Specialist

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits, including a 'Journey to Management' programme, life assurance, and a pension scheme. You will also receive access to a wide range of first-class mental health support services and physical health checks.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in our Flexible Benefits Platform, Vista, which offers a wide range of health, wellbeing, and insurance benefits. You will also be eligible for critical illness cover and family growth support, including enhanced maternity and paternity leave, along with paid fertility treatment support.
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £28,800, based on 40 hours per week and a 2-week rolling rota.
