Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Care Professional to join our team in Nuneaton. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to children with Emotional Behavioural Disorders and mild autism, helping them reach their full potential.

Salary and Benefits:

£30,000 per year (pro-rata) plus additional benefits including free parking, £65 per sleep-in shift, and £5 per hour on bank holidays.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a children's care or support role.
  • Knowledge and experience in supporting children with Emotional Behavioural Disorders and autism.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example.
  • Compassionate and patient nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
