Community Support Professional

We are seeking a Community Support Professional to join our team at The Care Bureau. As a Community Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting clients to maintain their independence and participate in activities they enjoy.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to clients in their own homes or community settings
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning
  • Encourage clients to engage in activities they enjoy, promoting social interaction and companionship
  • Support clients with mobility issues, helping them to maintain their independence
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training and support
  • A kind, compassionate, and empathetic approach to client care
  • Flexible availability, including commitment to work alternate weekends
  • A valid driver's license and ability to drive

The estimated salary for this position is £12 per hour. We offer a range of benefits, including mileage payments, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), and access to a wellbeing helpline.
