Elderly Care Professional

We are recruiting a highly motivated and qualified Elderly Care Professional to join our team at KM Recruitment. As a Health and Social Care Assessor, you will play a crucial role in helping learners achieve their goals in Apprenticeship qualifications in Health and Social Care. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career, with a starting salary of £27,000 and potential progression up to £30,000 + bonus.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care
- Solid occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly) at Deputy Care Manager level or above
- Strong ICT skills and experience with Functional Skills delivery
- A valid full driving license and access to a vehicle
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and supporting learners in their pursuit of Apprenticeship qualifications in Health and Social Care
- Delivering training and support for Functional Skills
- Managing a caseload efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews
- Maintaining accurate documentation on learner progress
