Expertise is required to lead a renowned care home provider in delivering exceptional standards of care. Our esteemed client boasts a reputation for excellence, with a newly acquired home in Coventry offering spacious and modern facilities close to local amenities.

As an accomplished Nurse qualified Home Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents. Your leadership skills and experience in managing elderly Nursing Homes will be pivotal in driving the commercial health of the home and promoting its calibre of care.

A competitive salary of circa £65,000 per annum + bonus is on offer, along with a lovely nurturing company culture, excellent in-house training, generous holiday entitlement, free parking, contributory pension scheme, private medical cover, and life cover.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing systems to ensure high standards of care and services
  • Leading the home's operations and activities according to registration status and conditions
  • Promoting and marketing the home's calibre of care
  • Driving commercial health through effective financial, human, and material resource management

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Nursing qualification
  • Strong leadership and team working skills, with experience in staff management
  • Previous experience in managing elderly Nursing Homes
  • Good networking and interpersonal skills, along with a customer-focused approach
  • Business and commercially focused attitude, with knowledge of CQC and CHC standards
