We are looking for an experienced Autism Support Specialist to join our team in Nuneaton, North Warwickshire.

You will be supporting a woman with a diagnosis of Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) and a mild/moderate learning disability in her home and in the community.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting people with autism and PDA, be consistent in their support approach, and able to use language effectively to enable the individual to widen their opportunities.

This is a specialist supported living support service where you will receive all the necessary training prior to supporting the individual, and this will take place locally in Warwickshire.

About the Role
  • Support the individual with personal care and daily activities.
  • Enable the individual to participate in community activities and develop a good relationship with their support team.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals involved in the individual's support.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

29 days' paid holiday a year, increasing with each year of service up to 31 days.
