Educational Support Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Educational Support Specialist to join our team at Arc School, Ansley. This full-time, permanent position involves working closely with children and young people aged 11-16 who require additional support in accessing their education.
As an Autism Education Professional, you will be responsible for delivering tailored educational programs that cater to the unique needs of our students. You will work collaboratively with our experienced team to ensure seamless transitions between on-site and off-site learning environments.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a patient demeanor, and a passion for supporting vulnerable young people. A competitive salary (£32,000 - £40,000 per year) is offered, along with opportunities for continued professional development and training.
