beBee Professionals is seeking a dedicated Education Support Specialist to join our team in Nuneaton, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing classrooms during teacher absences and ensuring students remain engaged in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage classrooms, ensuring students remain on task and engaged.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress.
  • Maintain a safe and productive learning environment, adhering to school policies.
  • Support students with their learning needs and provide administrative assistance as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a school environment is preferred, but not essential.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
  • Patience and a positive attitude toward supporting students.
  • Flexibility to work on short notice when required.
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
