We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team and provide high-quality support to an individual with autism and PDA.
">About the Role">This is a specialist supported living service based in Nuneaton, North Warwickshire, where we strive to deliver exceptional support and create meaningful experiences for our clients.
">- You will work closely with the individual to develop a personalized support plan, focusing on their goals, aspirations, and preferences.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of autism and PDA, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
">What We Offer">- A competitive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.

- A total reward package that includes 29 days' paid holiday, increasing with each year of service up to 31 days, plus the option to buy additional holidays and spread the cost.
