Caregiver Position in Bedworth
Lifeways Group is recruiting a Support Worker to join our residential service in Bedworth, supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex health needs, and autistic spectrum disorders.
Compensation Package
The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of £11.44, along with a range of benefits.
Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personalized care and support to residents.
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, personal care, and household chores.
- Encouraging residents to engage in social activities and pursue their interests.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you will need:
- A flexible approach to work, with the ability to work varied shifts Monday to Sunday.
- An understanding of the needs of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
- Previous experience working in a similar role, although not essential as we provide comprehensive training.
