We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Complex Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Bespoke and Team Brain Injury Support teams, you will be responsible for managing support packages with varying requirements.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing clients within the community and developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs. They will also have experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and other community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the needs and requirements of the people we support
  • Inducting support workers and providing initial training on specialised equipment or techniques
  • Supervising and supporting your teams to maintain high standards of care
