Job Opportunity: Social Worker for Complex Needs
About Us:
Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Adults service based in the South East region. As a Locum Social Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality assessments and interventions to support adults with complex needs.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out thorough assessments of adults with complex needs, encompassing risk evaluations and care planning strategies.
- Design and implement targeted interventions to support adults with complex needs, encompassing crisis management and case coordination.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with other professionals, including healthcare personnel, carers, and family members, to attain positive outcomes for adults with complex needs.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a degree or equivalent in social work.
- Be registered with Social Work England.
- Have significant frontline experience in Adults Services.
Remuneration and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of £38 per hour (assignment rate) for a 3-month contract on a full-time basis. The benefits package includes effortless registration, a rewarding referral program, and opportunities for continuous professional development.
