Join our dedicated team as a Patient Support Specialist and play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. As a key member of our 111/Integrated Urgent Care Provider team, you will use your exceptional communication skills to assess patients' symptoms and provide guidance on the best course of action.

About the Role

You will be working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care, using your strong customer service skills to deal with complex and sensitive information. With comprehensive training, you will develop the expertise necessary to handle challenging situations, ensuring that patients receive the right level of care.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,071-£25,674 per annum, plus enhanced payments for unsocial hours worked. You will also have access to a range of full and part-time rotas, allowing you to achieve a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' symptoms over the phone, using specialist computer software to guide decision-making
  • Provide clear and concise guidance on the best course of action, taking into account patients' individual needs and circumstances
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, building trust and confidence in their ability to manage their health
