About the Role

You will be working as part of a highly skilled and dynamic team, using your exceptional communication skills to assess patients' symptoms and provide guidance on the best course of action. With comprehensive training, you will develop the expertise necessary to handle complex and sensitive information, ensuring that patients receive the right level of care.

We are committed to staff development and offer a range of opportunities for training and progression. You will have access to a competitive salary of £24,071-£25,674 per annum, plus enhanced payments for unsocial hours worked.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use specialist computer software to assess patients' symptoms and provide guidance on the best course of action
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, building trust and confidence in their ability to manage their health
