Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for navigating patients through the healthcare system, working closely with specialist computer software and healthcare teams.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,071 - £25,674 per annum, pro rata for part-time hours, plus unsocial payments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Navigating patients through the healthcare system
  • Working closely with healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient outcomes
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • IT literate
  • Able to deal with confidential/sensitive information
  • Excellent telephone manner
