**Location**: Pinderfields Hospital, Aberford Road, WF1 4DG
**Shift Pattern**: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 09:00-14:00 (20 hrs per week)

**What you’ll be responsible for**:
- Coordination of complaints to support the delivery of rapid and positive conclusion to complaints and adherence to the response rate targets. They will also provide a key role in navigating the staff and patient through their journey with the complaints process.
- Assist the Governance Manager or Deputy in producing the Patient Experience monthly report.
- Supporting the monitoring of incident reports and investigations. Monitor of overdue incidents and support and timely closure of investigations.
- To produce clear visual material and data for use in reports and meetings.
- Arranging appropriate meetings, taking, and producing minutes as required.
- General administration and secretarial duties associated with the Governance team.
**The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above.**

- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.
**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:
- Experience of working with confidential material
- Experience of scheduling/co-ordination activities and/or resources
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel
**This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years administration experience.**
