As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's most successful 111/Integrated Urgent Care Providers (IUC) based in Yorkshire.

About the Role

You will be responsible for assessing patients' symptoms over the phone, using your excellent communication skills to provide reassurance and guidance on the best course of action. With comprehensive training, you will develop the skills necessary to handle complex and sensitive information, ensuring that patients receive the right level of care.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,071-£25,674 per annum, plus enhanced payments for unsocial hours worked. You will also have access to a range of full and part-time rotas, allowing you to achieve a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' symptoms over the phone, using specialist computer software to guide decision-making
  • Provide clear and concise guidance on the best course of action, taking into account patients' individual needs and circumstances
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
