At the Clarion Housing Group Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Community Director - Customer Experience to lead our community management efforts.

Salary: £102,072

We are looking for a talented individual who can oversee the delivery of excellent customer service, ensuring that our residents' voices are heard and their views and experiences shape our service design and delivery.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a large-scale team, managing change effectively, and motivating operational teams to deliver results and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction;
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints efficiently and comprehensively;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service design and delivery;
  • Mentoring and guiding team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles;
  • Analyzing data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement;
  • Fostering strong relationships with external regulatory bodies and ombudsmen to ensure compliance and effective communication.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Croydon. The ideal candidate will be able to work from the office at least 2-3 days per week.
