Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Strategist to join our team at StackOne. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth through strategic planning, account management, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Onboarding: Develop and execute customized onboarding plans to ensure seamless integration and adoption of our platform.
- Customer Health Management: Monitor customer health, identify potential issues, and develop proactive strategies to prevent churn.
- Account Expansion: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional support, guidance, and expertise to drive business outcomes.
- Issue Escalation: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer escalations, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving customer growth, retention, and success.
- Strong technical acumen, with experience working with SaaS platforms, APIs, and integration technologies.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
