Position: Client Success Strategist

Industry: Marketing Technology, Social Media Solutions, Branding Platforms, Employee Engagement Tools

Location: Hybrid working model with a requirement of three days in the office.

Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000, with an attractive commission structure leading to an OTE of approximately £70,000 in the first year.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts across multiple sectors, including FMCG, Automotive, and Financial Services.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve their objectives through our employee engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer experience and drive operational excellence.
  • Work closely with the Director of Client Success to refine account management processes, including renewals and upselling strategies.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a similar role within the Marketing Technology or Social Media SaaS industry.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on relationship management and client success.
  • A proven track record of maximizing client engagement and driving growth through effective account management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to discuss growth opportunities with clients confidently.
