About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Strategist to join our team at StackOne. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth through strategic planning, account management, and relationship-building.

This is an exciting opportunity to own and develop the customer success function from the ground up, reporting directly to the founder & CEO. You will have a significant amount of ownership and input over StackOne's success and broader GTM strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful start, working hand-in-hand with our dedicated Solutions Engineers. Your objective is to help customers achieve commercial results from their integrations as rapidly as possible.
  • Customer Retention & Growth: Monitor customer health, manage renewals, and identify opportunities for account expansion.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships at all levels with our customers, from engineers to C-level executives. You will offer insights, strategies, introductions, training, and more to help them achieve their goals.
  • Issue Escalation: Serve as the primary point of contact for escalating urgent issues or customer requests, alongside our Solutions Engineers. Your intimate knowledge of the customer's strategy and goals will enable you to provide context and input into the prioritization of their requests.
  • Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customer needs internally, providing feedback to drive product improvements.
About You
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical acumen, with experience or literacy in SaaS platforms, APIs, and integration technologies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead customer projects from inception to successful completion.
