Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to improve patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality assurance initiatives
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in healthcare or a related field, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We estimate the salary for this role to be around $160,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
