About the Role: Technical Operations Coordinator
As a Technical Operations Coordinator with the City of London, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our IT departments. This involves working closely with the Head of IT at the Barbican Centre and the Guildhall School.
We are seeking an experienced administrator who can work in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in IT. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support to staff, artists, contractors, and commercial events
- Assisting with IT projects using Agile Project Management methodology
- Planning, designing, delivering, and assessing training for individuals and large groups in the use of specialist software
- Experience of writing and updating software guidance/training manuals
The salary for this role is approximately £22,000-£24,000 per year.
