About the Job Description
The City of London is seeking an experienced administrator to fill the role of Technical Operations Coordinator. This position requires providing administrative support to our IT departments, working closely with the Head of IT at the Barbican Centre and the Guildhall School.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in IT and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support to staff, artists, contractors, and commercial events
- Assisting with IT projects using Agile Project Management methodology
- Planning, designing, delivering, and assessing training for individuals and large groups in the use of specialist software
- Experience of writing and updating software guidance/training manuals
The salary for this role is approximately £22,000-£24,000 per year.
