Job Title: Deputy Head Groundsperson

Job Summary:

Get Staffed Online Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Head Groundsperson to join our client's established grounds team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering grounds maintenance at all sites to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of grounds maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of grounds maintenance services.
  • Develop and implement grounds maintenance plans to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and control grounds maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of grounds maintenance services.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in grounds maintenance management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
