Support Practitioner Vacancy

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner at Simpson Square service. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in making a positive difference in someone's life by providing social support, medical assistance, and practical help.
Your responsibilities will include assisting individuals to engage with their communities, administering and monitoring medication, and helping people to maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks.
Our ideal candidate must be flexible and able to work varied shifts, including early, back, late, and sleepover hours. Full-time, part-time, and bank positions are available.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
