Support Practitioner

We are seeking a Support Practitioner to join our team at Cornerstone Community Care. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities and additional support needs to achieve their goals.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently. They will also be able to cook and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Cornerstone Community Care offers a competitive salary of approximately £18,000-£22,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide paid training and opportunities for professional development.
