Job Title: Adult Practitioner

This role involves supporting adults in their daily lives, helping them engage in leisure activities, and providing medical and practical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Social Engagement: Plan and accompany individuals to community events and activities.
  2. Medication Management: Administer and monitor medication according to healthcare guidelines.
  3. Tenancy Maintenance: Encourage and assist individuals with daily household tasks to maintain their tenancy.

This role includes working flexible shifts, receiving ongoing training, and benefiting from a comprehensive rewards package.

The estimated salary for this position is £26,500 - £32,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
