Support Practitioner Associate

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is recruiting for a Bank Support Practitioner based in Perth. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive difference in someone's life. As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will work with vulnerable individuals in our communities without requiring previous care experience.
You will receive comprehensive training from our award-winning team and have the option to finance and complete your SVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification in-house.
This is a flexible role with varying shifts. Responsibilities may include:
- Social Support: Encourage individuals to participate in community activities.
- Medical Support: Manage medication administration and monitoring.
- Practical Support: Assist with daily household tasks to maintain tenancies.
We provide a range of benefits including annual leave, a rewards scheme, paid travel, and training opportunities.
A conditional job offer will depend on satisfactory references and PVG clearance. The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per year.
