We are seeking a dedicated Relief Support Practitioner to join our team in Perth & Kinross Housing & Support Service.

As a Relief Support Practitioner, you will work alongside individuals who require practical and emotional support to achieve their personal outcomes. This may include keeping safe, engaging in meaningful activities, participating in the community, maintaining physical health, nurturing relationships, and promoting emotional wellbeing.

The role offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives while working in a supportive environment that prioritizes compassion, respect, and inclusion.

You will be part of a team that operates Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am-6pm, with core hours from 9am-5pm. No previous experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Our Relief Workers submit time sheets for payment and receive monthly compensation, along with accrued paid holidays and reimbursement for reasonable expenses incurred during work hours.
