Scotland Support Practitioner

As a Support Practitioner with The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals in our communities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
About the Role:
We have two full-time positions available for Support Practitioners to work with three individuals in shared accommodation. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life and develop your skills in social care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Support: Develop and implement personalized support plans for individuals, including planning and attending outings to community activities.
- Medical Support: Administer and monitor medication as required.
- Practical Support: Assist with daily household tasks, including general housework, laundry, cooking, and shopping.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a full manual driving licence, as you will be responsible for driving supported individuals' mobility cars. You must also be flexible, as shifts vary from early, back, late, and sleepover.
What We Offer:
The Richmond Fellowship Scotland offers a competitive salary of £26,000-£32,000 per annum, plus benefits including generous annual leave, paid travel during shifts, and ongoing training opportunities.
