The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking an experienced Support Practitioner to join our team in St Madoes. In this role, you will work with supported individuals to help them achieve their goals and live independently.

About the Role:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing social support to individuals through planned outings to leisure activities.
  2. Assisting with medical support, including administering and monitoring medication.
  3. Offering practical support to help individuals maintain their tenancy.

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, plus benefits including generous annual leave, TRFS rewards scheme, paid travel during shifts and 45p per mile fuel allowance.
