The Role

We're currently seeking a skilled Support Practitioner to join our team in Perth & Blairgowrie. As a relief colleague, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the best possible care and support during times of staff training, holidays, and absence.

You'll work closely with our team to develop personal plans that reflect individual choices, support needs, and capabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to support individuals in managing their own homes, increasing and maintaining their independence, and encouraging participation in social, health, and wellbeing activities.

We offer a competitive salary range of £22,500 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as access to a comprehensive benefits package, including paid training and certification programs.
