We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a driving licence and a car, as well as the ability to pass a DBS/PVG check. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Our benefits package includes paid training and ongoing development, a dedicated Care Manager for support and guidance, coverage of key regulatory costs, and a comprehensive pension scheme. You will also receive a full and bespoke Bright Care uniform and PPE kit, as well as wellbeing support from our specialist in-house coach.
