Support Professionals – Supported Lifestyle

We are seeking talented and empathetic professionals to join our team as Support Professionals. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support services to individuals with learning disabilities.
You will be responsible for creating personalized support plans, promoting independence, and fostering meaningful relationships with our service users. A salary of around £10.60 per hour will be offered, with sleep-in shifts paid at £10 per hour.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- Diploma in Health & Social Care (NVQ Level 2) or equivalent qualification;
- Experience in supporting or caring for others, particularly those with learning disabilities;
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently;
- Effective communication skills to engage with service users, families, and colleagues;
- Familiarity with the needs and rights of individuals with learning disabilities;
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for accurate recording and reporting;
- Will to support service users with daily tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping;
