Job Summary:
">We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care and Support Professional to join our team at Oliver House School. As a Care and Support Professional, you will provide exceptional care and support to our pupils with Autism and complex learning needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.
">About the Role:
">- Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Provide individualized care and support to pupils, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Work collaboratively with the education team to deliver a holistic approach to education and care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Childcare, Social Work).
- Experience in a similar role or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
